Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds for digital subscriptions are generally available within the first 14 days of purchase, provided that the platform resources have not been extensively utilized or downloaded.
Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, students must contact our administration team via email at AeroBaseAdmin@gmail.com. Please include your registered account email, the order number, and a brief explanation for the request to help us improve our training services.
Processing Times
Once a refund is approved, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your original payment method. We appreciate your patience as we coordinate with banking partners to process these transactions securely.
Non-Refundable Items
Live sessions that have already been attended or completed are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, one-off exam preparation materials or digital downloads that have been accessed are deemed non-refundable due to the nature of digital intellectual property.
